Stephen L Russell was born in Victoria BC and raised in North Vancouver. He is a photographer, musician, diagnostic technician and nurse. He is the proud father of two wonderful childern, and two step childern. He lives on the west coast of Vancouver Island, 45 min from Victoria BC.
